A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
ACCEPTING THE ALLEY IMPROVEMENT PROJECT, PROJECT NO. 5-5199,
AS BEING COMPLETE
. ~ WHEREAS, the City.Council authorized staff to.purchase needed
materials; supplies and services for construction- of the Alley Improvement
' 'Project, Project No. 05-5199;. and
l
WHEREAS, construction on the project was completed on
September 29, 2000; and
WHEREAS, staff inspected the project, and found that all work has
been completed in accordance with the project plans and specifications.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood does
hereby find, proclaim, order and resolve as follows:
Section 1. That the City Council accepts the Alley Improvement
Project,. Project No. 05-5199, as being complete and in accordance with project
plans and specifications.
.Section 2. This resolution shall go into effect immediately upon its
adoption.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 7th day of
NOVEMBER , 2000.
