RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING THE FIRE DEPARTMENT TRUST FUND
WHEREAS, the City of Medina foresees the eventual necessity of establishing
or aquiring a fire department, and
WHEREAS, the City wishes to establish a fund to accumulate funds in order
to finance such aquisition;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Medina
that the "Fire Department Trust Fund" be established for the above
mentioned purpose, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the initial funding of the Fire Department
Trust Fund in the amount of $10,000.00 be provided by a transfer from
the City's general Fund on December 31, 1981,
