RESOLUTION NO'. 2000.189
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LYNWOOD AUTHORIZING THE INFORMAL BIDDING
PROCESS FOR THE SIDEWALK RECONSTRUCTION
PROJECT, FY 2000-2001
WHEREAS, the Sidewalk Reconstruction Project is listed in the Capital Improvement
Program for FY 2000-2001, with a budget of $29,561; and
WHEREAS, because of the small project size, the project can be more expeditiously
completed through an informal bidding process; and
WHEREAS, the Lynwood Municipal Code, Section 6-3.13 allows the informal bidding.
process with a 4/5 vote.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Lynwood City Council as follows:
Section 1. The City Council authorizes the informal bidding process for the
implementation of said project by a 4/5~ vote.
Section 2. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
