A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF LYNWOOD ACCEPTING AN .
EASEMENT DEDICATED FOR STREET
. PURPOSES AT 12110 LONG BEACH
BOULEVARD
WHEREAS, the conditions of approval ,for the development at 12110 Long Beach.
i Boulevard require the developer to dedicate an easement of three (3) foot wide strip of property
- along Long Beach Boulevard; and .
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood has determined that. said easement is
necessary for the convenience, welfare, and safety of the public; and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that the. best interest of the City shall be served by
accepting said easement; and
WHEREAS, said easement has been analyzed and approved by the City Engineer.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LYNWOOD
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The City Council accepts the dedication of said easement for street purposes
from RAUL O. MARTINEZ, as described below:
The easterly three (3) feet of the westerly ten (10) feet ofLot 838 of Tract No. 3172 in the
City of .Lynwood, County of Los Angeles,. State of California,. as per Map recorded in
Book 32, Page 90 of Maps, in the office of the County Recorder of said County.
Assessor's Map No. 6175-017-030
Commonly known as: 12110 Long Beach Boulevard
Lynwood, CA. 90262-
Section 2. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
