RESOLUTION NO. 2000.191
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD AWARDING A CONTRACT TO DMR TEAM IN THE
AMOUNT OF $9,500.00, FOR THE DESIGN~OF THE MURIEL DRIVE
IMPROVEMENT PROJECT, PROJECT NUMBER OS-5243, FISCAL
YEAR 2000-2001, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE
THE AGREEMENT

WHEREAS, the Muriel Drive Improvement Project, Project No. OS-5243 is listed
in the FY 2000-2001, budget; and
WHEREAS, DMR TEAM, was pre-qualified to provide professional services for
street improvement projects; and
WHEREAS, a contract price of $9,500.00, was negotiated with DMR TEAM for
the design of the Muriel Drive Improvement Project, FY 2000-2001.
NOW; THEREFORE, the City Council of the City. of Lynwood does hereby find,
proclaim, order and resolve as follows:
~ Section 1. That the contract for the design of the Muriel Drive Improvement
Project, FY 2000-2001, Project Number OS-5243, be awarded to DMR Team for the negotiated
price of $9,500.00.
Section 2. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute the agreement between
the City of Lynwood and DMR TEAM.
Section 3. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
