A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD AWARDING A CONTRACT TO DMR TEAM IN THE
AMOUNT OF $36,708.00, FOR THE DESIGN OF THE WALNUT,
LUGO, LOUISE AND VIRGINIA CDBG STREET IMPROVEMENT
-, 1 PROJECT, PROJECT NUMBER OS-5238, FISCAL YEAR 2000-2001,
AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE THE
AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, the CDBG Street Improvement Project, Project No. OS-5238 is listed
in the FY 2000-2001, budget; and .
WHEREAS, DMR TEAM was pre-qualified to provide professional services for
street improvement projects; and
WHEREAS, a contract price of $36,708.00, was negotiated with DMR TEAM for
the design of the Walnut, Lugo, Louise and Virginia CDBG Street Improvement Project, FY
2000-2001.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby find,
proclaim, order and resolve as follows:
Section 1. That the contract for the design of the Walnut, Lugo, Louise and
Virginia CDBG Street Improvement Project, FY 2000-2001, Project Number OS-5238, be
awarded to DMR Team for the negotiated price of $36,708.00.
Section 2. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute the agreement between
the City of Lynwood and DMR TEAM.
Section 3. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
