A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD AWARDING A CONTRACT TO RSA TECHINCAL
SUPPORT SERVICES, INC. IN THE AMOUNT OF $2,000.00, FOR
THE DESIGN OF MURIEL, OLANDA AND LAVINIA CDBG STREET
IMPROVEMENT PROJECT, PROJECT NUMBER 0~-5238. FISCAL
- YEAR 2000-2001, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE

1 ~ ~ WHEREAS the CDBG Stre
~ et Improvement Protect, Protect Number OS-~2~8 is
listed in the FY 2000-2001, budget; and
WHEREAS, RSA Technical Support Services, Inc. was pre-qualified to provide
professional services for street improvement projects; and
WHEREAS, a contract price of $25,000.00, was negotiated with RSA Technical
Support Services, Inc. for the design of the Muriel, Olanda and Lavinia CDBG Street
Improvement Project.FY 2000-2001.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby find,
proclaim, order and resolve as follows:
Section 1. That the contract for the design of the Muriel, Olanda and Lavinia
CDBG Street .Improvement Project, FY 2000-2001; Project Number OS-5238, be awarded to
RSA Technical Support Services, Inc'. for the negotiated price of $25,000.00.
.Section 2. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute the agreement between
the City of Lynwood and RSA Technical Support Services, Inc.
' Section 3. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
