WHEREAS, the. CDBG Street Improvement Project, Project Number OS-.238 is -
listed in the FY 2000-2001, budget; and
-. WHEREAS, NBCE, Inc.'was pre-qualified to provide professional services for' •
- street improvement projects; and . -
- ~ WHEREAS, a contract price of $21,90.00, was negotiated with NBCE. Inc. for
the design of,the Redwood,. Weber; Spruce .arid Pear CDBG Street Improvement Project. FY `'
2000-2001'. f,
- NOW, THEREFORE,-the City Council of the City.of Lynwood does hereby find,
. ~ ~ proclaim, order and resolve as follows:

Section 1. That.the contract for the design of the Redwood, Weber, Spruce and

Pear CDBG Street Improvement Project, FY 2000-2001 Project Number OS-5238,. be awarded to
' :~ NBCE; Inc .for;the negotiated price of $21.930.00.

• Section 2. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute th,e agreement between
the City of Lynwood and NBCE, Inc.
