A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD AWARDING A CONTRACT TO NBCE, INC. IN THE
AMOUNT OF $37,650.00, FOR THE DESIGN OF SAN JOSE,
VIRGINIA; CARLIN AND PLATT CDBG STREET IMPROVEMENT
PROJECT, PROJECT NUMBER OS-5238, FISCAL YEAR 2000-2001.
AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE THE
AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, the CDBG Street Improvement Project, Project Number 0~-238 is
listed in the FY 2000-2001, budget; and
WHEREAS, NBCE, Inc. was pre-qualified to provide professional services for
street improvement projects; and
WHEREAS, a contract price of $37,650.00, was negotiated with NBCE. Inc. for
the design of the CDBG Street. Improvement Project, FY 2000-2001.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby find,
proclaim, order and resolve as follows:
Section 1. That the contract for the design of the San Jose. Virginia, Carlin and
Platt CDBG Street Improvement Project, FY 2000-2001 Project Number OS-5238, be awarded to
NBCE, Inc. for the negotiated price of $37,650.00.
Section 2. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute the agreement between
the. City of Lynwood and NBCE, Inc.
Section 3. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
