utility licensed to do business in the City of Medina, has made application

NOW„ THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said application be �,:ranted
in accordance with the plans and specifications submitted, subject to the
following conditions:
1. Street and Hight of Way shall be restored to their
original condition upon completition of Installation
and Applicant shall he liable for settlement or other
damage caused by said installation for a period of
one year following cc5'n pleticin.
