A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
- LYNWOOD AWARDING A CONTRACT TO WESTGROUP DESIGN:
INC.. IN THE AMOUNT OF $53,68.0.00, FOR PREPARATION~OF THE
~' CIVIC CENTER MASTER PLAN, AND AUTHORI2ING.THE
~. ~ MAYOR TO EXECUTE THE AGREEMENT-

WHEREAS,"The City .Council in~the meeting of September 7, 2000 directed staff
to develop a Civic Center Master Plan;;and K
WHEREAS, Westgroup Design, Inc. was selected to provide architectural'
planning and interior design services for the.City facilities; and
WHEREAS, a contract price of $53,680.00, was negotiated with Westgroup
Design; Inc. for the preparation of the Civic Center Master Plan.
WHEREAS, funds are available in project # 5-5189: (City Hall Annex
Rehabilitation Project)
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City "of Lynwood. does hereby find,
proclaim, order and resolve as follows:
Section 1. That the contract for the preparation ~of the Civic Center Master
Planning services, be"awarded to Westgroup Design, Inc.-for the negotiated price of $53,680.00.

' ~ ' ' Section 2. That the .Mayor is, hereby authorized ~to execute the agreement between
the City of Lynwood and Westgroup Design, Inc.
- - Section 3. This resolution shall take effect immediately'upon its adoption.
