` A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE . ~ • • -
-CITY OF LYNWOOD AMENDING THE CLASSIFICATION PLAN
AND HOURLY SALARY SCHEDULE TO INCLUDE
• ~ THE POSITION OF BUILDING MAINTENANCE WORKER
• ~ WHEREAS; the City Council of the City of Lynwood has adopted an Employee
~,
Classification and Position Plan and amended same as needed; and
` t WHEREAS, the City.Council of the City of Lynwood has adopted a salary
- resolution with salary schedules including an hourly schedule; and
WHEREAS, the City Council. has identified a need for the inclusion of Building
- - Maintenance Worker to the hourly section of the classification plari'and salary schedule;
. and
WHEREAS,, the. hourly position will facilitate the. smooth operations of the-City
department_and encourage greater opportunity for training and advancement of staff.
NOW, THEREFORE, .the City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby fiizd,
determine, order and resolve as follows: -
• Section 1. Amend the Employee Classification and Position Plan by including .
the position statement of Building Maintenance Worker within the hourly section. '
. Section 2. Amend the Hourly Salary Schedule by adding the position title of
'r--:-. Building Maintenance Worker~at a salary rangecommensurate with the fulltime position:

Section 3. This resolution shall become'effective immediately upon its, adoption.
