A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LYNWOOD AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER OR
HIS DESIGNEE TO MAKE CERTAIN FUNDS TRANSFER
FROM THE SIDEWALK RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT,
FY 1999-2000, PROJECT 5-5227 TO THE SIDEWALK
RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT, FY 2000-2001, PROJECT 5-5248
WHEREAS, the Sidewalk Reconstruction Project, FY 1999-2000, Project
No. 5-5227 was, funded with Transportation Development Act (TDA) funds and was completed
on June 29, 2000; and
WHEREAS, there was a fund balance of $3,023.00 remaining in said project
budget; and
WHEREAS, on November 7, 2000, City approved the implementation of the
Sidewalk Reconstruction Project, FY 2000-2001, Project No. 5-5248; and
WHEREAS, said fund balance of $3,023.00 can be transferred to the budget of
Project No. 5-5248 to repair additional sidewalks.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby find,
proclaim, order and resolve as follows:
Section 1. That the City Manager or his designee is authorized to make the
following funds transfer:

FY 1999-2000, Project 5-5227 FY 2000-2001, Project 5-5248-4220
$3,023.00 $3,023.00
Section 2. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
