` A RESDLLTTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF

DESIGNEE TO APPROPRIATE AND TRANSFER $80.,000.00 FROM

I ~ .: WHEREAS, the Ernestine Ave.. and Elm: St:.Improvement Protect; Project No.
.. 05-5223 is scheduled for construction during FY 2000-20.01; and.
WHEREAS, the design of the Ernestine Ave... and Elm St. Improvement Project is
complete; .and .

WHEREAS, based on the Engineer's estimate additional funds of $80;000.00 are
necessary for completion of the project; and

WHEREAS, funds. are available in the City's allocation of AB 2928 for pavement
rehabilitation; and.
NOW, THEREFORE, the. City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby find,
..proclaim, orderand resolve'as follows: "

Section 1. That he City Manager or his. designee is hereby authorized to make the
