A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER OR HIS
DESIGNEE TO APPROPRIATE AND TRANSFER $414,156 FROM
AB 2928 UNAPPROPRIATED FUNDS TO THE PLATT AVE.
(BULLIS TO MLK.), WALNUT AVE (BULLIS TO HARRIS) AND '
WOODLAWN AVE. (ERNESTINE TO HARRIS) STREET
' 'REHABILITATION PROJECT
4 i WHEREAS several '
City streets are m need of pavement rehabilitation in
particularly those outside CDBG areas; and
WHEREAS, AB 2928 created the Traffic Congestion Relief Fund for the
rehabilitation of street and road pavement and funds are available for non-CDBG areas; and
WHEREAS, Platt Ave., Walnut Ave. and Woodlawn Ave. are in need of
pavement rehabilitation and do not qualify for CDBG funds; and
WHEREAS, funds are available in the City's allocation of AB2928 for pavement
rehabilitation.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby find,
proclaim, order and resolve as follows:
Section 1. That the City .Manager or his designee is hereby authorized to make the
following fund appropriation and transfer: ~ .

To
Platt Ave., Walnut. Ave. and
Woodlawn Ave. Improvement
Project .(New Project)

Section 2. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
