RESOLUTION NO. 4 ,77 - a
RESOLUTION APPROVING A LAND DIVISION
UNITED WAY
WHEREAS, United Way of Minneapolis Area is the owner of
the real estate described on Exhibit A which is attached hereto
and made a part hereof by reference; and
WHEREAS, Elizabeth Dovydenas is the owner of the real estate
described on Exhibit B which is attached hereto and made a part
hereof by reference; and
WHEREAS, United Way of Minneapolis Area is the owner of
the real estate which is described as the Moorcroft subdivision;
and
WHEREAS, United Way of Minneapolis Area has requested that
Parcel A be separated from the Moorcroft subdivision and combined
with Parcel B pursuant to the sale of Parcel B to Elizabeth
Dovydenas;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Medina that the division of Parcel A from the Moorcroft
subdivision is hereby approved on the condition that Parcel A be
combined with Parcel B.
