RESOLUTION NO. 09 -4589
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY CANCELING THE
REGULAR CITY COUNCIL, COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY AND COMMUNITY
DEVELOPMENT AND HOUSING AUTHORITY MEETINGS OF MARCH 3, 2009
WHEREAS, the City Manager has informed the City Council that the first regularly scheduled
meetings of March are on the same day as the General Municipal Election on March 3, 2009;
and,
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that due to the election, the regularly scheduled
meetings should be cancelled.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES HEREBY
RESOLVE:
SECTION 1. The City Council, Community Redevelopment Agency and Community
Development and Housing Authority Meetings of March 3, 2009 are hereby cancelled; and,
SECTION 2. The City Manager /City Treasurer is hereby authorized to release
warrants as if the City Council meeting of March 3, 2009 were held as scheduled.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of February, 2009.

I, City Clerk of the City of Temple City, do hereby certify that Resolution No. 09 -4589 was
adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Temple City held on the 3rd day of
February, 2009. It was duly passed, approved and adopted by said Council, approved and
signed by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk at a regular meeting held on the 3rd day of
February, 2009 by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmember - Gillanders, Vizcarra, Wong, Capra, Wilson
