WHEREAS, the Mayor and City Council of the City of Moab
held a Special Council Meeting on June 28, 1983 for the purpose
of amending the 1982/83 fiscal budget; and
WHEREAS, upon explanation of the proposed amended budget
revised to show adjustments within some departments and the
transfer of the funds reserved for the Senior Citizens Building
Project to a capital projects fund but to show no increase in
the overall amount of the budget, the Moab City Council adopted
the proposed amended budget as follows:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the minutes of the
meeting held June 28, 1983 be, and the same are, hereby ordered
to show the adoption of the amended budget for the fiscal year
ending June 30, 1983 as presented to the Mayor and the City
Council.
