HomeMy Public PortalAbout1982-0157 Member &1'M' �B/.SG( introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: CITY OF MEDINA RESOLUTION NO. er;? -/S - RESOLUTION APPROVING A FLEA MARKET AT THE COLONIAL DRIVE-IN THEATER WHEREAS, Marilyn McCormick has requested a conditional use permit to operate a flea market on the Colonial Drive -In Theater property at 300 Highway 55 within the City of Medina; and WHEREAS, sufficient parking and access to the site are provided; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Medina that the conditional use permit is hereby granted to Marilyn McCormick to operate a flea market at the Colonial Drive -In Theater at 300 Highway 55 within the City of Medina subject to the following conditions: 1. The flea market may be operated on Saturdays and Sundays beginning May 1st and continuing through September 30th of each year during the hours from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. 2. The sewage facilities of the drive-in theater will be made available to the participants in the flea market; 3. Adequate trash receptacles and solid waste removal be provided by the applicant; 4. The operation of the flea market may include the operation of the concession stand of the drive-in theater; 5. The flea market be operated in accordance with the plans submitted, Mrs. McCormick's letter of May 25, 1982 and the Hamel Flea Market Regulations and general criteria submitted by the applicant, to the extent not inconsistent with this reso- lution; and 6. The applicant shall reimburse the City for all engineer- ing, legal and administrative costs incurred by the City to date on this project and to be incurred in the future.
