RESOLUTION NO.
RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE
FOR DISPLAYMASTERS
WHEREAS, Displaymasters has requested a conditional use
permit to construct a warehouse and light industrial building
on Lot 2, Grier Industrial Park., Hennepin County, Minnesota;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Medina that a conditional use permit is hereby granted
to Displaymasters to construct a warehouse and light industrial
building on Lot 2, Grier Industrial Park, subject to the following
conditions:
1. The project shall be constructed in accordance with
the plans submitted, including landscaping on the Westerly por-
tion of the property, the Minutes of the Planning Commission
dated June 8, 1982 and the Minutes of the City Council meeting
dated July 6, 1982 together with this resolution;
2. The applicant shall provide for surface drainage in
accordance with the letter of Ackerson Building Corporation to
Glen Cook and executed by Messrs. Grier, Osadchuk, Hoffineyer
& Burdick, which is not dated;
3. The stairway encroachment shall consist of an open
metal stairway not to exceed three feet in width;
4. All construction shall be completed no later than
October 31, 1983;
5. The Developer shall reimburse the City for all engineer-
ing, legal and administrative costs incurred by the City to
date on this project and to be incurred in the future. Costs
incurred to date shall be paid prior to issuance of the
conditional use permit and shall include the following:
