A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD DECLARING CERTAIN EQUIPMENT AND
. SUPPLIES AS SURPLUS AND ORDERING THEIR AUCTION
THEREOF
[~, WHEREAS, after years of service, certain city-owned equipment and supplies have
'{ ~ reached the end of their service life or have become obsolete; and
WHEREAS, said equipment and supplies are no longer needed for the City's operation
and are identified in Attachment "A", attached herewith; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 2-15 of the Lynwood Municipal Code, the City
Council has the authority to declare said equipment and supplies as surplus and order their
auction thereof.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lymvood does hereby find,
proclaim, order and resolve as follows:
Section 1. That the City Council hereby declares items listed in Attachment "A"
as surplus properties.
Section 2. That staff is authorized to auction said surplus properties
Section 3. That this resolution shall-go irito effect immediately upon its adoption.
