- - ASSOCIATES THE AMOUNT OF $16,995.00 FOR PHASE I
` ~ BROWNFIELD•S REVITALIZATION ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES,

~ AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR OR HIS.DESIGNEE TO
EXECUTE THE AGREElV1ENT ~ '
WHEREAS, The City of Lynwood received an Environmental Protection
;. Agency, Brownfields Revitilization Pilot Program Grant; and
~. ,
WHEREAS, The Community Development, following. EPA, City' of
Lynwood and prudent public agency .practices, reviews submitted Request for Proposal-
responses; and : .

.WHEREAS, The Winefield &. Associates received the second highest.
point total under an impartial evaluation~system; and
- -.: ~ . WHEREAS,,A contract price of $1-b,995.was negotiated with Winefield•&
. Associates to provide .Phase .I Brownfields Environmental services as requested by
Environmentai'Protection Agency's Pilot. Program.
