WHEREAS, the Mayor and City Council of the City of Moab
held a Special Council Meeting on July 7, 1983 for the purpose
of amending the 1982/83 fiscal year budget; and
WHEREAS, upon explanation of the proposed amended budget
revised to show adjustments within some departments but to show
no increase in the overall amount of the budget, the Moab City
Council adopted the proposed amended budget as follows:

Animal Control $2,000.00 Police Department
TOTAL $2,000.00 TOTAL
$2,000.00
$2,000.00
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the minutes of the
meeting held July 7, 1983 be, and the same are, hereby ordered
to show the adoption of the amended budget for the fiscal year
ending June 30, 1983 as presented to the Mayor and the City
Council.
