- - A RESOLUTfON OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF TH'E CITY ~OF
LYNINOOD APPROVING THE CITY OF tYNWOOD
- - URBAN WATER MANAGEMENT PLAN "
- WHEREAS, the Urban, Water Management Planning Act requires a-II urban "
water suppliers to file~an 'Urban Water Management Plan- (UWMP) with the
~i ' Department of Water Resources eve five ears and

- WHEREAS„the City of Lynwood is asub-agency of Cenfral .Basin
Municipal Water District (CBMIND};-which provides imported water to the City;
and - -. ~ - "

WHEREAS, the CBMWD has adopted its 2000 UWMP, which covers all
CBMIND`s sub-agencies; and -
` WHEREAS,-The City of Lynwood Urban Water Managemenfi Plan.is "
composed of the CBMWD's 2000 UWMP andan addendum outlining the City's
specific;programs. t
` NOW; THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby
. find, proclaim;. order;. and resolue as follows:
-.Section 1.: That the City Council approves the City of Lynwood Urban
Water Management Plan.
