PUBLIC NOTICE
ORIDINANCE NO. 669
The city council of the City of
Medina has adopted Ordinance
No. 669, an ordinance amending
regulations pertaining to stormwa-
ter management. The ordinance
amends the amount of hardcover
which triggers the requirement for
stormwater improvements to be
constructed on a property with
under 20% hardcover from 14,520
s.f. to 43,560 s.f. The ordinance
also requires stormwater man-
agement for fully reconstructed
improvements, adds provisions
for administrative flexibility during
review, and makes other technical
changes.
The full text of the ordinance is
available from the city clerk at Me-
dina city hall during regular busi-
ness hours.
