CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO.
RESOLUTION APPROVING A LAND DIVISION
OF UNITED WAY
WHEREAS, United Way of Minneapolis Area is the owner
of real estate described on Exhibit A which is attached here-
to and made a part hereof by reference; and
WHEREAS, David Reiser is the owner of the real estate
described on Exhibit B which is attached hereto and made a
part hereof by reference; and
WHEREAS, United Way of Minneapolis Area and David Reiser
have requested that the City Council approve the sale of
Parcel A to the owner of Parcel B and that Parcels A and B
be combined under single ownership;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Medina that the transfer and combination of Parcels A and
B is hereby approved subject to the following conditions:
1. Parcels A and B are combined for taxing and
zoning purposes;
2. That United Way of Minneapolis Area pay the
City's legal, engineering and administrative
costs, if any, in an amount not to exceed
