A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LYNWOOD AUTHORIZING AN AUTO ALLOWANCE
FOR THE ASSISTANT CITY MANAGER AND DEPARTMENT HEADS
WHEREAS, the duties of the position of certain management staff requires the
extensive use of a personal vehicle, and
WHEREAS, the City should compensate these managers for their expenses, and
WHEREAS, the Assistant City Manager and Department Heads are currently
receiving an automobile allowance of $300 per month.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby find,
determine, order and resolve as follows
Section 1. That the Assistant City Manager and Department Heads shall be
provided with an automobile allowance of $S00 per month.
Section 2. That the recommendations for automobile allowance made by the
City Manager for certain managers established at $300 per month shall be ratified by the
City Council
Section 3. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its
adoption.
