A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
,^. LYNWOOD ACCEPTING THE SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENT
j PROJECT, PROJECT NO 5-5248, AS BEING COMPLETE

WHEREAS, the City Council authorized the informal bidding for the Sidewalk
Imp"rovement Project; and
WHEREAS, the project started on January 2, 2001, and was completed on
January 18, 2001; and
WHEREAS, the total project construction cost >s $29,783.60; and
WHEREAS, staff inspected the project, and found that all work has been
completed in accordance with the scope of the project.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Crty Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby find,
procla>m, order and resolve as follows.
Section 1 That the Crty Council accepts the Sidewalk Improvement Project,
Various Locations, Project No 5-5248, as being complete.
Section 2. This resolut>on shall go into effect immediately upon its adoption.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 6th day of
