A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LYNWOOD APPROVING THE DESIGNATION
' OF AUTHORIZED PERSONNEL TO SIGN FOR THE
APPLICATION FOR FEDERAL ASSISTANCE AND OTHER
RELATED DOCUMENTS "
. WHEREAS, the Governor's Office of Emergency Services (DES)
administers federal assistance to local agencies in case of a natural disaster; and
WHEREAS, OES has required local agencies to submit a list of agents by
title, that are authorized to sign for the Application for Federal Assistance and other
related! documents .,
.NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby
find, proclaim, order and resolve as follows
Section 1 ~ That the Mayor, the City Manager or the Director of Public
Works'are designated as authorized agents to sign for the Application for Federal '
Assistance and other related documents '
Section 2. This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption
