RESOLUTION NO 2001.030
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF LYNWOOD ACCEPTING AN
EASEMENT DEDICATED FOR STREET
PURPOSES AT 3335 ELIZABETH AVENUE
,--~~ WHEREAS, the conditions of approval for the development at 3335 Elizabeth Avenue
require the developer to dedicate an easement of five (5) foot wide strip of property along
l Elizabeth Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lynwood has determined that said easement is
necessary for the convenience, welfare, and safety of the public; and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that the best interest of the City shall be served by
accepting said easement; and
WHEREAS, said easement has been analyzed and approved by the City Engineer
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LYNWOOD
AS FOLLOWS
Section 1 The City Council accepts the dedication of said easement for street purposes
from JESUS BAZAN, CRISTINA BAZAN, ORTELIO MENDEZ AND EMMA MENDEZ, as
described below:
The southerly five (5) feet of the easterly 50 feet of Lot 63 of Tract 2794, in the City of
Lynwood, as per Maps recorded in Book 28, Page 6 of Maps, in the Office of the County
Recorder of Los Angeles County, California.
Assessor's Map No. 6191-004-022
Commonly known as 3335 Elizabeth Avenue
Section 2 This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
