RESOLUTION CERTIFYING DELINQUENT WATER AND SEWER
CHARGES TO THE HENNEPIN COUNTY AUDITOR FOR COLLECTION.
WHEREAS, the records of the Utility Funds of the City of
Medina list certain accounts as delinquent; and
WHEREAS, the consumers have been previously notified of the
delinquency according to legal requirements; and
WHEREAS, Minnesota State Statute 444.075 (3) and Section
10:27:11 of Ordinance No. 157 of the City of Medina authorize
certification of such delinquent accounts to the County Aud-
itor for collection:
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
Medina, to direct the Director of Finance of the County of
Hennepin to place upon the tax rolls for 1982 and payable in
1983, the delinquent accounts which are listed in Exhibit A
attached hereto consisting of delinquent utility bills with
interest at %.
