Hopkinton Commission of Trust Funds
June 5, 2012 Called to order at 6:10 PM
Attendance: Mary Arnaut, Maureen Bumiller, Thomas Garabedian,
Rownak Hussain
McGovern Trust: Rownak Hussain requested $4,222.90 with invoices for
Books, DVDs, Web Server, and 4 computers ($2,904.56). Mary Arnaut moved
to accept, Maureen Bumiller seconded and all were in favor.
Holman and Claflin Trusts: Request for funds up to $1500 for tree work and 3
new trees on Hopkinton Town Common. Mary Arnaut moved to accept,
Maureen Bumiller seconded and all were in favor.
Investments: Pimco Total Return Fund liquidated $72,000 and moved to other
accounts in accordance with this Commission's Current Investment Strategy.
Tom Garabedian entertained a motion to accept this, Maureen Bumiller seconded
and all were in favor.
Roche Trust: Letter from Hopkinton High School stating that there are two
candidates for the Roche Scholarships.
Request for Library to give this Commission a running total for requests
submitted.
Next meeting on Tuesday, July 10, 2012 at 6 PM.
Meeting adjourned at 6:31 PM.
