Hopkinton Commission of Trust Funds
April 11, 2012
Called to Order at 6:05PM
Attendance: Mary Arnaut, Maureen K. Bumiller, Thomas Garabedian
Review of Commission Minutes Submission to HCAM. All minutes from June
2011 to March 2012 will be resubmitted to HCAM for posting to our website.
Review of Library Requests for McGovern Trust Funds: Letter from Rownak Hussain
requesting $2840.44 to replace all 4 public desk top PC's. Town of Hopkinton IT
Director, Doug McClure recommended replacement of all PC's not just the non-
functioning one. Tom Garabedian motioned to approve, Maureen Bumiller seconded
and all were in favor.
Request also for $1,052 for library materials such as audiobooks, and adult/child DVD's.
Tom Garabedian motioned to approve, Maureen Bumiller seconded and all were in favor.
Suggestion made to obtain a running tally of total money requested for fiscal YTD.
Review of All Other Requests for other Trusts: There were none.
Review of McGovern Investments Reallocation Recommendations:
New Business: None
