AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 8 -17 OF THE GREENCASTLE
CITY CODE DESIGNATING A ONE -WAY ALLEY
WHEREAS, Section 8 -16 of the City of Greencastle City Code allows the City to designate
alleyways as one -way for vehicular traffic; City of Greencastle; and
WHEREAS, Section 8 -17 of the Code is reserved for a Schedule of One -Way Alleys. Currently,
there are no alleys listed in this Section
NOW THEREFORE be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of Greencastle that
the it hereby designates the following alley to be restricted to one -way vehicular traffic:

Indiana Street Vine Street. Franklin Street East
and Columbia Street
Jackson Street Market Street Walnut Street and West
Washington Street
This Ordinance shall have full force and effect upon passage of the Greencastle Common
Council and its approval by the Mayor.
