Beatty, Davis, 'Prez, Printup and Ta.plin 11 so present were Freu Y. Maley, Village Manager; Mary T. v,ev terer, Village Clerk: and Alan Gold, Village Attorney. The Clerk read Resolution No. 2lr7 allocating 15,000.00 to the Dade County '.::.ter and hewer-.atharity for preliminary work, on the proposed new water line. en motion of Mr. Davis, seconded by Mr. Beatty and voted the 3esoluti.on was adopted. ':esalution ?;o. ;!a'1 authorizing the, Village Fanager and Village Attorney to continue negotiations with the City of North Miami Peach on the water rate settlement was read by the Village Clerk and adpoted on motion of Mr. Davis, seconded by Mr. Erez and voted. Mr. Maley introduced Yessrs. John Pickard and John Lockner of Pa.r.ton— aschmae Associates, Inc. Fr. L>ckner told the council and those present that their study would include a determination of the traffic, parking visual and environmental and pedestrian imaact that, the Business District creates on the area, rile•y will then assess these factors and prepare recommendations to be reviewed by the council. After review they could tnen prepare amendments to the zoning ordinance. After discussion it was -agreed that the representatives from Parton IAschman would meet with Mr. dhitmn.n and any residents of the Village on J `7 1977 at c 3n .. . in the council. room. It was roved by Mr. Davis, seconded by Mir. :'a.nlin and voted that the remaining balance be cancelled. `here being no further business on motion of Mr. Davis, seconded by Kr.
