RESOLUTION APPROVING UTILITY CONNECTION ASSISTANCE
WHEREAS, The City of Medina has $17,000.00 in uncommitted
Housing Rehab Funds under the Community Development Block
Grant Program, and
WHEREAS, the City of Medina wishes to set up a new fund to
assist with utility connections, and
WHEREAS a Public Hearing was held on December 21, 1982 re-
garding such a program, now
THEREFORE BE RESOLVED that the City reprogramAY %5-0 0 a a
from Rehab Funds from years Ifi dt, V II into a Utility
Connection Assistance Fund: that a limit of /SO O•°-

(including SAC Charge Payment) be granted to each qualifying
property owner and that Procedural Guides regarding the
Hennepin County Utility Connection Grant Program, are hereby
adopted.
