HomeMy Public PortalAboutResolution 09-4618 Mayor's appointment to Council Committees1 1 1 RESOLUTION NO. 09-4618 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY MAKING APPOINTMENTS TO VARIOUS CITY COUNCIL COMMITTEES WHEREAS, by virtue of their position as a City Councilmember, the Councilmembers are eligible to serve on various committees; and, WHEREAS, the Mayor has requested and received information from various Councilmembers on their interest in serving on various committees; and, WHEREAS, the Mayor has presented her recommendations for the various City Council committee appointments and, WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said recommendations. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES HEREBY RESOLVE: SECTION 1. The adoption of this resolution renders Resolution No. 03 -4204 null and void. SECTION 2. The appointments contained on Exhibit "A" for the various City Council committees are hereby made; and, SECTION 3. Appointments are effective upon passage of this resolution and shall continue until the next regularly scheduled selection of Mayor of the City of Temple City.
