RESOLUTION NO 2001.061
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY`OF LYNWOOD
ACCEPTING THE STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT, VIRGINIA AVENUE,
AGNES AVENUE, GERTRU'DE DRIVE AND SHIRLEY AVENUE, PROJECT
NO 5-5216, AS BEING COMPLETE
WHEREAS, the City Council awarded a contract of $270,252 00 to
E C Construction, for the Street Improvement Project Virginia Avenue, Agnes
Avenue, Gertrude Drive and Shirley Avenue, Project No 05-5216, and
WHEREAS, the. project started on December 16, 2001, `and was
completed, on April 25 2001, and
WHEREAS, the total construction cost was $252,808 61, and
WHEREAS, staff inspected the project, and found that all work has
been completed in accordance with the project,plans and specifications,
' .,.NOW, THER!EFOR'E, the City Council of the City of. Lynwood does
hereby find, proclaim, order and resolve as follows
Section 1 That the City Council accepts the Street Improvement
Project, Virginia Ave ,Agnes Ave ,Gertrude Dr and .Shirley Ave Project No 05-
5216, as being complete and in accordance with contract documents
Section 2 This resolution shall go into effect immediately, upon its
adoption ~ -~
