CITY OF MEDIINA
RESOLUTION NO. 1
PEDERSON SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS, Harold Pederson has requested approval of his sub-
division application;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Medina that the Harold Pederson subdivision, the legal
description of which is attached as Exhibit 1, is hereby
approved subject to the following conditions:
1. The subdivider will pay a park dedication fee of
2. The subdivider shall enter into a Private Road
Agreement as approved by the City Attorney.
3. The subdivider shall construct the private roads
such that no private driveway exits onto a publicly
dedicated street. All lots shall use the two pri-
vate roads for access to publicly dedicated streets.
4. The subdivider shall be responsible for all street
maintenance, including snow plowing, on the private
roads.
5. The subdivider shall conform in all respects to the
Medina Zoning Code.
