A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNVVOOD AUTHORIZING THE REPLACEMENT OF
CERTAIN DOORS AND ASSOCIATED HARDWARE AT
BATEMAN HALL THROUGH AN LNFORMAL BIDDING
PROCESS '
WHEREAS, the Bateman Hall Rehabilitation. Project, Project No 05-5219 is
scheduled for~construction during~FY 2001-02, and
WHEREAS, the project encompasses the replacement of doors and
hardware throughout Bateman Hall, and
WHEREAS, the replacement of certain doors and hardware of Bateman Halle
can be done more economically and expeditiously using an informal. bid process, and
• WHEREAS, .under Section 6-3.,13 of the Lynwood Municipal Code, Council
can authorize purchases through informal bids by a 4/5 vote
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood does hereby
find; proclaim, order and resolve as follows
Section 1.. That staff is authorized to replace certain doors and associated
hardware~for Bateman Hall Rehabilitation Project through an informal bid procedure
Section~2 That this resolution shall take effect immediately upon its
adoption
