A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
APPROVING THE ADMITTANCE OF THE CITY OF PALM SPRINGS
TO MEMBERSHIP IN THE
INDEPENDENT CITIES RISK MANAGEMENT AUTHORITY
WHEREAS, the City of Lynwood is a member of the Independent Cities Risk
Management Authority (ICRMA), and

and
WHEREAS, the City of Palm Springs has applied for membership m the ICRMA,
WHEREAS,, the admittance to membership of the City of Palm Springs has been
.approved by the ICRMA Governing Board, and
NOW, THEREFORE, the Crty Council of the Crty of Lynwood does hereby find,
determine and declare as follows
SECTION 1. This City Council does hereby approve the admittance of the City
of Palm Springs as a member of the ICRMA effective July 1, 2001,
SECTION 2. This resolutton shall become effective immediately upon its
adoption
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 21 day of August , 2001
