A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LYNWOOD APPROVING THE TRANSFER OF PROP A 1996
PARK FUNDS FROM THE PARK/GREEN BELT IMPROVEMENTS
PROJECT TO THE HAM PARK YOUTH. CENTER
~~ WHEREAS, the Ham Park Youth Center Project is listed` m the FY 2000-01
Capital Improvement Projects; and ,
WHEREAS, said project 1s under construction and has been projected to be
completed by the end of 2001; and
WHEREAS, staff recently reviewed the project budget and has determined that
additional funds are needed to meet the final construction cost; and..
WHEREAS, staff has identified $7,470:67 of Prop. A 1996 Parlc funds that can be
transferred to this project from the Park/Green Belt Improvements Project.

NOW, "THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Lynwood as follows: '
Section, 1. That the City Manager or his designee is author-ized to make the
following funds appropriation and transfer:
