A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LYNWOOD
ACCEPTING THE STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT, ELM STREET AND
ERNESTINE AVENUE, PROJECT NO 5-5223, AS BEING COMPLETE
' WHEREAS, the City Council awarded a contract of $346,852.50 to
Civil Works, Corp., for the Street Improvement Project Elm Street and Ernestine
Avenue, Project No 05-5223, and
WHEREAS, the project started on March 26, 2001, and was
completed on June 1, 2001, and
WHEREAS, the total construction cost was $378,198.27; and
WHEREAS, staff inspected the project, and found that all work has
been completed in accordance with the project .plans and specifications
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lynwood does
hereby find, proclaim, order and resolve as follows•
Section 1. That the City Council accepts the Street Improvement
Project, Elm Street and Ernestine Avenue, Project No. 05-5223, as being
complete and in accordance with contract documents.
Section 2 This resolution shall go into effect immediately upon its
adoption
