A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LYNWOOD APPROVING TRACT MAP NO. 53265
WHEREAS, the final Tract Map No 53265 has been reviewed by the Los
Angeles County Department of Public Works and the City Engineer, and rt was found to have
beeri prepared in conformance with the Subdivision Map Act and the City's Subdivision
Ordinance, and '~
WHEREAS, the developer has provided the required bonding for all the
Engineering Division's improvement requirements, and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Crty Council of the Crty of
Lynwood as follows:
Section 1 That the City Council approves the final Tract Map No 53265.
Section 2 This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
