HomeMy Public PortalAbout1983-008CITY OF MEDINA RESOLUTION NO. 0 .,J - 8 WHEREAS, Corice Caswell has requested subdivision approval of the property which is described on Exhibit 1, and WHEREAS, the resulting parcels are described on Exhibit 2, as parcels A and B. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Medina that the proposed subdivision be and the same is hereby approved subject to the following conditions: 1. The purchaser of Parcel A; Richard and Jennie Goelz shall enter into an agreement to convey an easement 30 feet in width, for street and utility purposes over the westerly andrortherly 30 feet of Parcel A, said description to be more fully described by the City Engineer. 2. The subdivision shall be approved with an easement appurtanent to Parcel B, 60 feet in width providing access to Hamel Rd. from Parcel B. 3. The fee owner of Parcel B, Corcise Caswell shall enter into an agreement with the City of Medina to convey a drainage easement 30 feet in width, the legal description of which shall be provided by the City Engineer. 4. Administration costs shall be paid not to exceed $240.
