CITY OF MEDINA
RESOLUTION NO. Y.7 /._
LAWTON SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS, John L. Lawton has requested approval of his
subdivision application for property at 4665 County Road 11
in the City of Medina;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Medina that the John L. Lawton Subdivision appli-
cation to divide the following described property:
The East 442.75 of the West 885.5 feet
of the North 1980.00 feet of the North-
west Quarter of Section 7, Township 118,
Range 23, Hennepin County, Minnesota,
is hereby approved subject to the following conditions:
(1) No further subdivision of the property will be per-
mitted under the existing septic system ordinance.
(2) The subdivider shall enter into a Private Road Agree-
ment as approved by the City Attorney.
(3) The subdivider shall construct a septic system in
accordance with plans dated January 5, 1980 and on
file with the City of Medina.
(4) The subdivision shall conform in all other respects
with plans submitted to the City of Medina.
(5) The subdivider shall conform in all respects to the
Medina Zoning Ordinance and Subdivision Regulations.
(6) The subdivider will grant to the City of Medina an
easement for road and utility purposes over the North
33 feet and the West 30 feet of the North 1500 feet
of the above -described propert

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
