The County ordinance requires that financial disclosure be filed by July 15th, and that the new State form is not ready, as it is being modified. Mr. Davis asked which the Council must comply with - the County Ordinance or the State, and which forms must be filed. Mr. Peterson stated that he would write an opinion on the matter before the deadline of July 15. There being no further business, on motion of Mr. Davis, seconded by Mr. Krez, the meeting was adjourned at 10:30 A.M. ATTEST: Village clerk June 28, 1977 PUBLIC HEARING July 7, 1977 7 f'� Mayor A Public Hearing was held at 50.5 P.M., Thursday, July 7, 1977, in the Council chambers of the Bal Harbour Village Hall for the purpose of discussion of Ordinance No. 193, amending the zoning code of Bal Harbour Village as it pertains to the Ocean- front District. Present were: Messrs. Beatty, Davis and Printup Absent were: Messrs. Krez and Taplin Also present were Fred Maley, Village Manager, and Betty Carver, Deputy Village Clerk. Mayor Printup convened the Public Hearing. The Village Manager explained the pertinent features of the proposed zoning changes, and comments were requested from those present. A question was presented from the floor asking if, under the new proposed zoning, a property owner would be permitted to construct a separate garage building on the property. Mr. Maley advised that parking may be constructed in the Oceanfront District only as an accessory use to the principal building. 285 It was announced that the second public hearing on Ordinance No. 193 would be held on Thursday, July 21, 1977, at 5:15 P.M. There being no further discussion, the meeting was adjourned at 6:10 P.M. ATTEST: Village Glerk July 7, 1977 PUBLIC HEARING July 21, 1977 Mayor The second Public Hearing for consideration of changes in the Zoning Ordinance affecting the Oceanfront District was held Thursday July 21, 1977 at 5:155 P.M. in the Council Chambers. Present were: Messrs Beatty, Davis, Printup and Taplin. Absent were: Mr. Krez Also present were Fred Maley, Village Manager and Mary Wetterer, Village Clerk. Mr. Maley said that the Hearing Notice had been published and reviewed the proposed changes to the Zoning Ordinance with the Council and those present for the Hearing. Several residents complained about the unfinished building at "101" and it was suggested that they put this in writing and Mr. Maley will check with the Village Attorney to see what can be done about situations such as this. After discussion of the ramifications of the changes, on motion of Mr, Danis, seconded by Mr. Taplin and voted the meeting was adjourned at 6:15 P.M. ATTEST: Village Clerk July 21, 1977
