CALL TO ORDER
The Council "Pre- Meeting" Work Session of May 5, 2008, was convened at 5:45 P.M. by
Mayor John Landwehr.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present:
Present: Carroll, Crane, Ferguson, Harvey, Klindt, Koon, Layton, Medin, Penfold,
and Smith
Absent: None
A quorum was present.
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
2008 -5 (food inspection fees) - Councilman Kenneth Ferguson stated he is withdrawing the
bill until after the May 12 public forum has occurred and will reintroduce it at a later date.
Councilman Jim Penfold stated when it is reintroduced, he has a version with some language
corrections he would like to see incorporated into the new bill.
Following discussion, Mayor John Landwehr stated the Council wished to recess briefly
towards the end of the meeting tonight allow the four standing Council committee to convene
for the purpose of electing officers. At the conclusion of those four meetings, the Council will
then reconvene and continue its Regular meeting.
The meeting adjourned at 5:55 P.M.
