RESOLUTION NO. 2017-09-06
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PURCHASE OF NEW LIGHT EMITTING DIODE LAMP
SOURCES FOR THE DECORATIVE STREET LIGHT POLES ALONG THE US40 CORRIDOR.
WHEREAS, the 2017 Budget provides for upgrades to the existing decorative street lighting
poles with new energy-efficient Light Emitting Diode (LED) lamps in a continued effort towards
reducing our carbon footprint.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF
FRASER, COLORADO THAT:
1. The Town Board of Fraser, Colorado hereby authorizes the expenditure of up to $40,000
for the purchase of new LED lamp sources for the US40 decorative street light poles.
READ, PASSED ON ROLL CALL VOTE, AND ADOPTED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
THIS 20th DAY OF SEPTEMBER, 2017.
