A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OIF THE
CITY OF LYN~IOOD AUTHORIZING THE
DESTRUCTION OF CONFISCATED EVIDENCE
WHEREAS, The City of Lynwood acknowledges the necessity to destroy
confiscated evidence; and
WHEREAS, the confiscated evidence has accumulated, and has been
retained for a period of over six months; and .
WHEREAS, that evidence consists primarily of metal pushcarts, pots, lids,
horns, tongs, ice shavers and ice chests, and plastic milk crates, tubs, and water
containers.
NOW THEREFORE, BE iT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Lynwood that:
Section 1. The City Council of the City of Lynwood hereby authorizes
the destruction of the confiscated evidence.
Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its
adoption.
PASSED, APPROVED, and ADOPTED this 1st day of~October, 2001
